On Friday, November 11, The New England Center for Children (NECC) will host its annual Children of Promise Gala. Hundreds of business leaders, philanthropists, friends, and families will gather at the InterContinental Hotel in Boston to raise funds for autism education and research.
For nearly three decades, NECC has been working on a pipeline for direct-care staff through its internship program. At last year’s Children of Promise Gala, attendees pledged funds to support the expansion of the program. Because of these donations, NECC welcomed its largest class on interns in the program’s history.
Ahead of NECC’s Children of Promise Gala, to be held virtually on November 20, NECC will unveil its 45 Stories of Inspiration campaign across social media channels beginning next Tuesday, October 6.
