NECC 5K Walk/Run for Autism Information
Held annually since 2007, the NECC 5K Walk/Run for Autism brings together NECC students, families, and local community members for a day of food and fun at the Neary Elementary School in Southborough, MA. Participants complete their 5K in the surrounding neighborhoods before returning to the school for a cookout. Since its creation, the event has raised nearly $3 million thanks to participants, generous donors, and sponsors.
The 18th Annual NECC Walk/Run for Autism was our best yet!
On May 11, 2024, over 1,000 students, staff, family, and friends of NECC helped to raise nearly $324,000 for NECC’s Annual Fund, which supports student activities, specialized equipment and technology, vocational opportunities, professional development, and research. A huge thank you to our sponsors, including our presenting sponsor, BJ’s Wholesale Club, for helping make this year’s event so incredible.
