ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Provide instruction to the students through the implementation of the scientific principles of behavior analysis (ABA therapy) across  all hours of the students’ day and in all environments. 
  • Implementation of students’ clinical, educational, vocational, behavior management, and daily living skills objectives. 
  • Ensure safety and provide intervention in response to challenging behavior 

 REQUIREMENTS:   

  • Ability to work a full-time position 
  • High School degree/ equivalent and one year of related experience 
  • Candidates who have completed an associate’s degree given preference  
  • Interest in working with children or young adults 
  • Looking to gain knowledge and understanding of the principles of ABA and best educational practices 
  • Possession of, or ability to obtain, US driver’s license and access to reliable transportation 
  • Successful completion of NECC required trainings 
  • CALM safety training: Physical requirements of the job include extensive movement to provide physical intervention in response to challenging behavior
