STAFF SPOTLIGHT: Casey Gormely

Casey Gormely has worked as a level 2 teacher in the IIP at NECC for about a year. She was nominated for Staff Spotlight because “she is always going above and beyond for her students. The students are always so happy to see her, and I’ve never met a more positive person.”

STAFF SPOTLIGHT: Yoselin Hernandez-Avalos

Yoselin Hernandez-Avalos was nominated for Staff Spotlight because “she consistently goes above and beyond to support the team. She’s always ready to lend a hand, whether it’s problem-solving or offering guidance.”

Michelle Admire, the TAC for one of NECC’s residential groups, has worked at NECC for nearly 12 years. She was nominated for Staff Spotlight because she “goes about and beyond in her position of a TAC.”

Caitlin Hodgman, a lead teacher in one of NECC’s partner classrooms, has worked at NECC for six years. She was nominated by a colleague for Staff Spotlight because she “is a dedicated employee who shows up to work ready to make a positive change.”

Amanda To, MEd, a teacher at NECC’s Downey Center for Child Development, has worked at NECC for 15 years. She was nominated for Staff Spotlight because she is “a phenomenal teacher and is always trying to learn something new to improve.”

Precious Adzalo, a rehabilitation counselor on The New England Center for Children’s (NECC) Westborough 2 residential team, has worked at NECC for nearly two years. She was nominated by a colleague for Staff Spotlight because of “her kindness, dedication, and positive attitude she shares for her students and colleagues.”

Sam Cole, a level 2 teacher on NECC’s School Street residential team, was nominated for Staff Spotlight by a colleague because of the “remarkable dedication he has shown in leading the Pride Alliance Employee Resource Group (ERG).

Alice Pauly, a lead teacher in one of The New England Center for Children’s (NECC) Public School Services (PSS) Partner Program classrooms in Derry, NH, has worked at NECC for nine years. She was nominated for Staff Spotlight because “Alice is an amazing teacher to our students.”

Olivia Pandola, a teacher in The New England Center for Children’s (NECC) Intensive Instruction Program (IIP), has worked at NECC for two years. She was nominated for Staff Spotlight because she is “such a great teacher and coworker” and “a pleasure to work with.”
