Are you interested in combining your love for running with helping support children with autism? We have charity bibs for the Bank of America Boston Marathon® as well as the ASICS Falmouth Road Race.
Boston Marathon
Since 2007, Team NECC runners have raised more than $1 million through the BAA’s Boston Marathon charity program. Team NECC runners are required to raise a minimum of $11,000 and must pay the $375 B.A.A. entry fee.
Successful candidates will have experience in fundraising, a detailed fundraising plan, marathon and/or long-distance running experience, and a passion for NECC’s mission.
NECC provides:
- Charity bib fee
- Professional coaching through the Marathon Coalition
- Personal fundraising page (through GivenGain)
- Comprehensive fundraising support
- Team NECC singlet
- Runner gift
Completed applications should be emailed to Marianne Gibson at [email protected] and are due on Friday, October 9.
Applications received after this date will not be considered. Runners chosen to represent Team NECC will be notified the week of October 26.
Falmouth Road Race
As part of the Numbers for Nonprofits Program, NECC receives bibs for this scenic 7-mile race each year. Those who run for Team NECC’s Falmouth Road Race team commit to raising a minimum of $1,500.
NECC provides:
- Registration fee
- Personal fundraising page (through Race Roster)
- Comprehensive fundraising support
- Team NECC singlet
- Runner gift
- Race weekend team gathering
- At-Home Edition Runners:
- No fundraising minimum
- Raise $250 or more, and your registration fee will be reimbursed
