The New England Center for Children (NECC) was included in an article about ways to support parents and caregivers at work that appeared in trade publications DEI Advisor and Senior Executive. Jessica Sassi, PhD, BCBA-D, LABA, executive director of NECC Southborough, and Fatou Njie-Jallow, director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), were included in the piece, discussing the comprehensive services and resources offered to employees through CompEAP, such as estate and financial planning. The article also included a nod to the Downey Center for Child Development and the great benefit to employees of having an on-site day care.
