Get Involved

Our community extends well beyond our staff and students. We are grateful for professionals, parents, and ambassadors who share their time, talent, and treasure to further our mission.

The President’s Council

The President’s Council is a volunteer-based group of senior professionals who are passionate about NECC’s mission. Members assist in driving community engagement, revenue generation, and brand awareness to support NECC’s vision.

Members attend quarterly meetings, participate in one or more fundraising events, make introductions to professionals in their networks, invite key contacts to tour NECC’s campus, provide financial support commensurate with capacity, and mentor the young professionals.

The President’s Council Young Professionals

The President’s Council Young Professionals (PCYP) is comprised of emerging leaders in their 20s and 30s who are interested in making a difference in their communities and in supporting NECC’s students, teachers, and families. Members work together to:

  • Plan and execute one annual fundraising event
  • Participate in two annual service days
  • Attend and support NECC’s fundraising events
  • Promote the school to their networks

Members attend monthly check-in calls as often as schedules allow and are encouraged to connect with others in the group outside of organized calls and events. Membership in the PCYP not only provides a meaningful and impactful volunteer experience, it also is a networking opportunity with like-minded peers.

During the inaugural Day of Service, PCYP members gathered at NECC student housing to perform yard work, landscaping, painting, and building patio furniture.
