The New England Center for Children’s comprehensive services, including academic ; speech and language therapy; social and life skills development; vocational training; physical education; occupational therapy; family services; outreach services and health care, are supported by the organization’s extensive experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and are implemented across all of the autism programs that NECC offers.

NECC’s services are designed to provide students with the skills needed to live productive and happy lives. Emphasizing independence, skill development, and safety, NECC services have been carefully developed to deliver superior care and heightened learning opportunities for each child we serve.

Treatment Approach
NECC’s curriculum is based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), the only proven treatment approach with empirical data and a body of scientific literature to support its effectiveness with children.

NECC’s Curriculum
The curriculum at NECC is designed to provide a wide range of life, communication, leisure, academic, social and vocational skills to students with autism. Our teaching strategies help prepare each child to live a productive and fulfilling life with greater independence. Our curriculum is one of many things that separates NECC from other autism schools.

Because autism affects every aspect of every family member’s life, NECC offers services designed to provide support, education, training and guidance for parents, siblings and members of the affected student’s extended family.
