Congressman James McGovern Visits NECC

Congressman McGovern received a warm welcome from staff and students during his recent tour of NECC. Noting that approximately 25% of the students at NECC are from his district, the Congressman spent time in the preschool, day school, academic, and residential classrooms. Following the tour, NECC administrators were able to discuss issues around state and federal funding, and autism treatment and research. The morning ended with Congressman McGovern expressing a willingness to help NECC both locally and nationally as we advance our mission to impact the lives of children with autism throughout the United States.
