Tom is a residential student. He serves as President of the NECC student council. Tom is a very sociable student with good work skills that allow him to work at two sites — a food store chain and a department store.

"I like NECC. It is a very great school. The teachers are all right. They have some moments on random days but they are cool. I like to be an awesome president. I talk like a president. I speak fantastic. I like conversation class, voc. [vocational services], Price Chopper. Target is an easy store. I love to work Mondays to Fridays."
