NECC encourages involvement and extends support to our students? families by offering comprehensive services.

• Intensive post-admission support
• Reliable communication in weekly teacher telephone contacts, periodic clinics, and home-school logs
• School observations and periodic meetings with clinical program specialists and directors to discuss student cases and obtain parent input
• Collaborative development of individualized education plans
• Regular family and child contact through a flexible home visit schedule (residential students)
• ABA parent training groups and in-home training opportunities
• Home safety checks
• Sibling support groups
• Mothers' and Fathers' support groups
• Outreach to out-of-state families
• Sponsorship of family events such as Annual Parents' Night and Family Swim Days
• Parent workshops and information meetings
• Coordination of activities with the NECC Parents' Organization
