Other Items:
Rich Martin shared with the meeting NECC's decision to downsize the Adult Program, transitioning two of its adult residences (8 residents total) to outside vendors of adult services. The decision was taken to make this step due to the expense of the adult program, which runs at a greater than $300K deficit per year. The plan will go into effect in early 2007. Parents of affected residents and other Adult Program parents were personally contacted about the change.

Next meeting:
January 8, 2007. New Family Welcome Buffet begins at 6:30
