Meeting Agenda:
Meeting convened at 7:05pm.

Stephanie Crawford discussed the NECC 5K Walk/Run. The 5K has already raised over $21,000! They are continuing to sign up participants, but are also in need of volunteers. If interested in volunteering, please contact Amy Lipcon or Stephanie Crawford.

Attorney Sarah Allen, from Clark, Hunt and Embry presented "Planning for the Future of your Special Needs Child." Topics she touched on included special needs estate planning, simple wills, revocable living trusts, leaving assets to a child with special needs, special needs trusts, guardianship and conservatorships.

The minutes of the March 12th meeting were approved.

Treasurer's Report (Annette Lazili):
The balance of the account is $6550.61.

Activities Committee (Marcia Grenier):
No Report

Staff Appreciation Committee (Ann Edwards):
Ann Edwards reported that the committee is planning for the May 9th Staff Appreciation Dinner. An all-school mailing will be going out this week asking for volunteers, gift card contributions, and thank you notes to be displayed. Gift cards and notes can be forwarded to committee members or Jeannette Gould. Committee members will be making follow-up phone calls as well.

Fundraising Committee (Susan Ruzzo):
Susan Ruzzo reported that the next Night of Music will be held on October 26th at the Seaport Hotel in Boston. Their goal this year has increased to $500,000 and will be put towards the capital campaign. They are looking for volunteers.
