Minutes from February 5, 2007

Present:
Wandajune Bishop-Towle, Ellen Doherty, T. Dunne, Ann Edwards, Michael Goldberg, Anne Kelley, Joe Kelley, Annette Lazili, Angela Masiello, Robert Ruzzo, Susan Ruzzo, Tammy Selinger, Andy Selinger

Meeting Agenda:
Bob Ruzzo stepped up to the plate as alternate chair, since Jonathan was absent. The meeting was unusually brief, due to following the joint PO and Board of Directors annual meeting.

Treasurer's Report:
The PO has a credit balance of $7288.55.

Activities Committee:
Sixty people attended the event at Noodle Noggin N Bean, which was a great success.

Staff Appreciation Committee:
The Teachers Appreciation Dinner is tentatively scheduled for May 9th. The subcommittee for this event hopes to get together in early March. Volunteers will be needed for the event.

Fundraising Committee:
The Seaport Hotel in Boston will be the venue for this year's Night of Music, scheduled for October 26, 2007. (Unfortunately, Mechanics Hall was sold out for both October and November).

Next meeting:
March 12, 2007. At the March meeting, Kim Keogh will make a presentation on Adult Planning.
