John Dupré

For over twenty years, John DuPré has practiced primarily in the areas of intellectual property litigation and trademark prosecution. He holds a B.A. degree, cum laude, from Williams College with a major in mathematics and J.D. degree from the Fordham University School of Law. John and
his wife, Colleen, have three children: Allison, Katie and Chris.

John DuPré first became involved with The New England Center for Children as an intellectual property lawyer. Mr. Dupré is a strong supporter of NECC, and his law firm, Hamilton Brook Smith & Reynolds, P.C., has been a sponsor at NECC’s Annual Golf Classic for several years. When John toured NECC, he was impressed with the quality of education and the wonderful, dedicated staff. “It was incredible!” he said. John supports NECC because he believes that his generosity truly makes a difference in the lives of the children at NECC. He is amazed at how caring NECC teachers are, and how hard our students work every day to gain greater independence. He believes that NECC is run in a very efficient manner, and he feels confident that his contributions are being put to good use. We appreciate John’s strong commitment to NECC.
