Employee Survey

NECC periodically conducts employee satisfaction surveys using a professional independent evaluator. This ensures that our staff has the opportunity to provide feedback, suggestions, and their own assessments of various aspects of employment at NECC.

2003 Survey Results
In a 2003 survey conducted by Professor Linda M. Mitchell of Lyndon State College (Lyndonville, VT), 82% of NECC employees responded that they were satisfied with their jobs, up 4% from a previous survey done in 1999. Two-thirds of our staff members would recommend NECC as a place to work, and 90% would recommend NECC to parents seeking special education solutions for their children.
