Researchers at Boston Children's Hospital announce possible blood test to help in diagnosis of autism.
Researchers at Boston Children's Hospital have developed a prototype blood test which preliminary results suggest may be used to help diagnose autism spectrum disorders with about 85 percent accuracy. Although the test is not intended to be used as a general screening tool, it may be useful when there an ASD is suspected.
