Shawn Kenyon, M.A., BCBA
Assistant Program Director - Staff Intensive Program

Shawn Kenyon joined the New England Center for Children® in 1996 and currently serves as an Assistant Program Director in the Staff Intensive Unit. Shawn has served as adjunct faculty in the Simmons College graduate program in Special Education as well as the Northeastern University graduate program in Applied Behavior Analysis. Shawn is a senior CALM®-P instructor and provides that training both internally to NECC® staff and externally to programs across the country and overseas. Shawn's primary research interests are in the areas of staff training, treatment and procedural integrity both with regard to behavior plan implementation and skill acquisition and reducing the intrusiveness of interventions surrounding severe challenging behavior. Shawn has presented case studies at international conferences in Brazil along with numerous presentations at the Berkshire Association for Behavior Analysis and Therapy Conference and the International Conference of the Association for Behavior Analysis.
