Assistant Program Director - Staff Intensive Unit
Nancy Perhot, MS, BCBA, joined The New England Center Children in August of 1998 and currently serves as Assistant
Director of the Staff Intensive Unit. Nancy completed her Master of Science in ABA from the Northeastern University
and became credentialed as a behavior analyst (BCBA) in 2003. She is currently a teaching assistant and tutor for
the Northeastern University's Graduate Program in Applied Behavior Analysis. Nancy's research interests include
functional assessment and treatment of severe challenging behaviors and evaluating methods for reducing the
intrusiveness of protective hold procedures. She has presented her research at the International Conference of
the Association of Behavior Analysis and at the Berkshire Association for Behavior Analysis Annual Conference.
