Mindy Wilensky, MA, CEAP
Director - EAP
Mindy Wilensky, MA, CEAP, is the
Director of the Employee Assistance
Program (EAP). Mindy is a Certified
Employee Assistance Professional
(CEAP) and a Licensed Mental Health
Counselor (LMHC) and trained in
cognitive behavior therapy. As
the EAP Director she provides
confidential assistance to employees
who are experiencing work difficulties
and/or personal problems such
as depression, anxiety or substance
abuse. For the past 15 years she
has provided a full range of employee
services in a variety of workplace
settings including manufacturing
companies, public utilities, schools,
banks and hospitals. She has presented
programs on workplace violence,
suicide awareness, balancing work
and family and supervisory trainings.
Prior to her EAP work, Mindy worked at the Eliot Community Mental Health Center as the Director for Mental Retardation Services and the Behavioral Services Team.
Mindy earned her MA degree
in Applied Behavior Analysis
from Northeastern University
and her BA from Boston University.
