Magda Stropnik, M.S.Ed., BCBA
Program Director - Residential Program

Magda Stropnik joined The New England Center for Children® in September of 1990 and currently serves as Program Director for three residential teams. She is a Supervising Practitioner for the Simmons College graduate program in Severe Special Needs in Special Education and serves as a Mentor for the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE). She is an active participant in school-wide clinical and educational programming with a focus on the functional assessment and treatment of challenging behavior. Magda’s interests include curriculum development, with a particular interest in curriculum designed to increase student independence in both community and vocational activities.
