2006 Allen & Major Golf Tournement

The 8th Annual Allen & Major Invitational Golf Tournament was held September 18, 2006 at the Pocasset Golf Club in Bourne, MA. The employer of a former student's parent, Allen & Major Associates donates all funds raised during this tournament by the way of raffles, auctions or contributions to The New England Center for Children. After a shotgun start following lunch, the golfers enjoyed 18 holes on one of the prettiest courses on Cape Cod. Guests were then served dinner and the awards for first and second place teams, as well as most honest team, were presented. After drawing a few raffle prizes, Cathy Welch, Director of Admissions at NECC, was introduced to speak about the school and thank everyone for their generous support over the years. This year's Allen & Major golf tournament raised over $13,000 for NECC's Annual Fund bringing the eight year total raised to close to $90,000!
