Allen J. Karsina, M.S., BCBA
Director of Professional Development
Allen Karsina joined The New England Center for Children® in September 1990, and currently serves as the Director of the Professional Development Department. He is enrolled in the doctoral program in Behavior Analysis at Western New England College, teaches in Northeastern University's graduate program in Applied Behavior Analysis, and has provided clinical consultation to families and school systems within the New England area. Allen's research interests include preference, training, and instructional practices. He has presented his work at regional and international conferences. Allen is currently the webmaster for the Berkshire Association for Behavior Analysis and Therapy.
